My Last Time Of Seeing Tammy Wynette Just Weeks Before She Died
I saw her just weeks before she died. It was at a TV taping of Prime Time Country on March 9, 1998,
her last performance. I had the pleasure of seeing her a few other times, once at Summer Lights, and once
at a Volunteer Jam concert (both in Nashville). I have a grave plot next to the building where her resting
place is. Good luck on getting the name changed. I hope to go up there one day. I was there when they
lowered George Jones in his grave.
