I got to spend an evening with one of my all-time favorite bands, Poco.
I had a chance to talk to the members of Poco before & after the show. Nice guys!
During this great sounding show, I sat just feet from the middle of the stage.
I also got to see current Poco drummer George Lawrence for the first time.
Original & longtime Poco drummer George Grantham was there, and looking well.
My friend Gary Allen (drummer from J.J. Cale's band & the CDB) was there.
Poco finished the set (except encore) with the J.J. Cale song "Magnolia"

Poco was the opening act at the Dave Mason show. I've been a fan of Poco since the early 70's Poco Deliverin' ablum. I have seen Poco three
times in Nashville, and they always put on a great show.  I remember seeing them at the Tennessee Theater in the early eighties when the
Legend album came out with the hit songs Crazy Love and Heart of the Night. I was at the taping of their DVD, Keeping the Legend Alive at the
Belcourt Theater a few years ago. This time, I took pictures and had a chance to go backstage and meet Poco.
