GIBSON GUITAR SUMMER JAM 2007
An invitation-only event, with activities including a variety of clinics & workshops with
renowned performers & musical instrument techs, factory tour, the Friday Night Open Jam,
and The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's Battle of the Corporate Bands Regional Finals.
Plus: Doyle Bramhall II (Eric Clapton's guitarist),
plus Scrap Metal featuring Mark Slaughter (of Slaughter), Kelly Keagy (of Night Ranger),
Matthew & Gunner Nelson (of Nelson & Ricky Nelson's sons) and Eric Martin from Mr. Big

A good turn-out for this years Gibson Summer Jam at the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville.
The crowd consist mostly of Gibson employees, Gibson vendors and musicians (and friends)

The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame "Corporate Battle Of The Bands" regional finals

The coolest place at the Jam (an air conditioned tent). The Jukeboxes were pretty cool, also.

Doyle Bramhall II put on a great performance. As Eric Clapton's guitarist, he seems to have that Tulsa sound
that reminded you of JJ Cale and Eric Clapton. He did many originals as well as a Cream song.
He can be seen on Eric Clapton's new Crossroads Concert DVD, now available at Walmart.

Scrap Metal with Matthew Nelson, Mark Slaughter, Gunnar Nelson & others
They band members played songs from their past bands, including Slaughter, Nelson, Night Ranger and Mister Big
